It was the norwegian girl Benedikte Nergaard with kerry blue terrier who became nordic champion in juniorhandling. She also won the norwegian finals with her miniature schnauzer. If there is anyone who deserv this it is Benedikte. She makes contact with every dog she shows. She makes the dog shine and do not run around with funny moves to show off her self. I have to say that I am not very fond of these competitions cause to the way many juniorhandlers show themselfs. This is not a catwalk . They often have a unnatural way of walking and are often dressed up in a way not suited for dog shows. And they often forget the most importan thing to connect with the dog. That is why it feels really good to watch Benedikte showing dogs. So the best of luck on Crufts Benedikte it is girls like you we all need to see entering the ring.
